FBBC Total Body Tabata Fat Loss Workout 2/23: Body Weight Challenge-Push-Ups, Liners, Step-Ups, Pull-Ups,Preparation-Perform the following movements: 1. Mountain Climber: 5 Each Side
2. Spiderman Push-Up: 3 Each Side
3. Cobra: 10
4. Forward Lunges: 5 Each Side
5. Prisoner Split Squats: 5-10 Each Side
6. Jog: 2 Laps
TABATA: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total, complete 1 exercise for 8 sets and move to the next one
1. Pull-Ups with One Arm (4 sets Each Side)
2. Liners
3. Back Extension (4 sets) *Partner Holds Legs
4. Step-Ups (4 sets Leading with Each Foot) *Goal is speed
5. Spiderman Push-Up
6. Prisoner Split Squats (4 sets Each Side) *Can also do Split Squat Jumps
7. Mountain Climber
