2/9 Total Body Tabata Fat Loss Workout: TRX, Squats, Medicine Ball Chest Pass, Planks, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Swiss Ball
Preparation:
1. Squats: 10
2. Jumping Jacks: 10 Power Jacks: 5
3. Forward Lunge: 15 with Rotation: 5
4. Bunny Jumps: 20s
5. Side to Side Jump: 10s
6. Push-Ups: 5-10
7. Bridges: 10
8. Spider-Pepe (Man) Plank : 5 each side
TABATA: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total, complete 1 exercise for 8 sets and move to the next one
1. Walking Lunge with MB Rotation
2. TRX One Arm Rows *4 sets each side
3. MB Chest Pass-Wall
4. Power Jacks
5. Plate Seated Russian Twist *Lift legs to increase intensity
6. Ring Side to Side Jumps
7. Swiss Ball Leg Curls *Bridges after fatigue sets in
