When I think of Easter I think of forgiveness, which is why it is our word of this week at this time.
Forgiveness is the action or process of forgiving or being forgiven. It’s a conscious decision to release feelings of resentment toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean condoning or excusing offenses.
It’s also a good practice to forgive yourself. We can be our most critical enemy.

Who do you need to forgive?
What can you forgive yourself for?
If we can forgive we can let go and be free.
