Lot’s of great things happening on the health, wellness & fitness front. Our first Movie Night at Belmont Personal Training & Nutrition was a success. We saw the movie “Food Matters.” I highly recommend watching this movie even if you think you know it all about the benefits of food. One thing I learned was that Niacin (Vitamin B3) is super effective for treating depression and alcoholism. It also has very few side effects. We are revamping the TRX Program. We will be bringing back the 6 am Tuesday & Thursday classes for those that want a small group training environment. The program will begin March 29th. These classes are limited to only 8 people and we have 4 spots left. For more information: TRX
