Guts n’ Bells Workshop Sunday, March 19th in Belmont

If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and want to learn more about gut health, kettle-bells and strength training I have a workshop for you on March 19th at my Belmont Studio.

This is the first in a progressive series of workshops where Jator Pierre and Mike Salemi come together to bring you a truly unique experience. In this workshop they will be diving into the “soil of self”. The soil of self refers to the foundation out of which our musculo-skeletal system grows.

Learn how to develop a solid working foundation of vitality so you can perform at your highest capacity for years to come.

*Both Jator and Mike would like this workshop to flow organically, and are open to answering any questions that may arise to better support the students in the program. With that in mind, please note that the 4:00 pm ending time is more of an approximation and we may go over a few minutes as per what feels good to the group and presenters.
