Help yourself first and maybe even get paid to coach others?

If you have followed me for a while you know my main objective is to get YOU to make YOURSELF a priority.

Although that can sound self-centered, if you make yourself a priority, you will be a better parent, family member, friend, colleague, member of society, etc…

You will also GSD (Get Shit Done)!!! Your efficiency will improve like never before when you feel better and you like the way you look.

Making yourself a priority includes taking the needed time for the following:

  • Movement
  • Connection with others that feed you and avoiding those that take from you
  • Eating the foods that make you feel your best and avoiding the foods that make you feel bad
  • Sleep
  • Water intake
  • Meditating, slow deliberate breathing and/prayer

Making yourself a priority is not easy, but necessary. A coach can be invaluable to assist with the tools and support to make this happen.

The Online Certified Wellness Advocate Program

The program starts with you. It teaches you to take responsibility for yourself first so you can be a good role model for others.

Whether you are in need of advice, giving advice to your friends or family, selling a network marketing product, working at weight watchers, working as a personal trainer or group exercise instructor we can all learn to be a better coach.

The Institute for Wellness Education (IWE) wrote the curriculum and competency standards for the US Department of Labor’s Wellness Coach Registered Apprenticeship approved in May 2013.
