2. Partner Supine Lower Ab Straight Leg Lift
3. MB Semi Circle (30s Each)
4. Bridge with Leg Ext. (30s Hold Each Side) *Toes Up
5. MB Carioca (30s Each Way)
6. Cross Over Mountain Climbers
7. MB Reaction Drill (30s Each)
8. MB Seated Rotation with Acceding Pyramid *Increase Rotations with each rep
