Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
Running Drills: Jog, High Knee March, High Knee Run, Skips, High Knee Skip, Back Jog, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca Front, Back & Combo, Weave, Zig-Zags (5 Min)
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 60s. Complete 2-3 Rounds.
- TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)
- Glider Kneeling Roll-Out
- MB Seated Russian Twist
- Lower Abdominal with Swiss Ball to Knees
- Battle Ropes: Slam Kneeling on Bosu (30s)
- Walking Side Steps with Band (30s each direction)
- Plank with Alt. Hip Ext.
Stretch
