Menlo Fit Core-Cardio Workout 4/2: FREE Community Boot Camp

Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches

Running Drills: Jog, High Knee March, High Knee Run, Skips, High Knee Skip, Back Jog, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca Front, Back & Combo, Weave, Zig-Zags (5 Min)

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 60s. Complete 2-3 Rounds.

  1. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)
  2. Glider Kneeling Roll-Out
  3. MB Seated Russian Twist
  4. Lower Abdominal with Swiss Ball to Knees
  5. Battle Ropes: Slam Kneeling on Bosu  (30s)
  6. Walking Side Steps with Band (30s each direction)
  7. Plank with Alt. Hip Ext.
