Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
10 Yard Running Drills (Perform each drill 2x):
- Forward Jog
- Backwards Jog
- High Knee March
- High Knee Run
- High Knee Skip
- Lateral Push-Off
- Lateral Shuffle
- Lateral Cross Over Skip
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 32 rounds (1 minute each):
- Lower Ab Knee Up
- Bridges with Leg Ext-30s Each Side (Toes Up) *Hold
- Side Crunch- 30s Each Side
- Plank up-downs-30s Each Side
- Knee Hug
- Butt Pincher
