Menlo Fit Core Workout’ 3/5: FREE Community Boot Camp

Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches

10 Yard Running Drills (Perform each drill 2x):

  1. Forward Jog
  2. Backwards Jog
  3. High Knee March
  4. High Knee Run
  5. High Knee Skip
  6. Lateral Push-Off
  7. Lateral Shuffle
  8. Lateral Cross Over Skip

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 32 rounds (1 minute each):

  1. Lower Ab Knee Up
  2. Bridges with Leg Ext-30s Each Side (Toes Up) *Hold
  3. Side Crunch- 30s Each Side
  4. Plank up-downs-30s Each Side
  5. Knee Hug
  6. Butt Pincher
