Menlo Fit Fat Loss Partner Workout 2/12: FREE Community Boot Camp

Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches, Movement Preparation

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2 rounds:

  1. MB Partner Lunges (30 s each side)
  2. Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forwards & Backwards) (30 s each movement)
  3. Basketball Partner Push-up (Alternate Ball Under Hand)
  4. Single Leg Deadlifts (30 s each side) *Mirror Image
  5. MB Partner Push Press-Work on Power-Throw Ball As Far As Possible
  6. Band Partner Trunk Rotations (30 s each side)
  7. MB Partner Lateral Shuffle (30 s each side)
  8. Band Partner Seated/Kneeling Rows

Group Walking/Jogging Intervals-5 min
