Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches, Movement Preparation

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 30s on each side. Complete 2-3 Rounds.

1. TRX Rows with 1 Arm

2. One Foot Hops

3. MB Shoulder Put

4. Split Squats on Bench

5. Battle Ropes: Overhand Grip Big Circles

6. Basketball One Leg Bridge

7. Side Lying One Arm Push-Up

8. Burpee with One Leg
