Menlo Park Boot Camp Total Body Workout of the Day 6/19- 8 Exercises You Can Do with Partner or Team. 

Preparation: 

1.       Forward Lunges: 5-10

2.       Squats: 10

3.       Push-Up: 5-10

4.       Circle Warm-up 

Perform each exercise for 1 min for 2 rounds: 

1.       Battle Ropes: Overhand Grip Laddering Single Arm Wave

2.       TRX: One Arm Row with Opp. Press

3.       MB Semi Circle

4.       MB Partner Lunge

5.       MB Partner Push-Up

6.       Bosu Squat

7.       Lower Ab Curl up or Knee Up *Basketball Btw Knees

 *Finish with Team Relay Drill with Baton: 4 times each

Cool Down: Static Stretching
