Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 15 min

Perform each exercise for 40s in a circuit for 3 rounds:

  1. TRX Triceps & Biceps (20s Each)
  2. Deck Squats
  3. Plank-Side Plank Combo
  4. Prisoner Split Squats with Leg on Bench (20s)
  5. Battle Ropes- Overhand Grip Snakes with Semi-Circle  (20s)
  6. Plate Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  7. MB Standing Slams with Rotation
  8. Jump Rope

Finish with Army Sprints for 5 Min

Cool Down: Static Stretching
