Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 15 min
Perform each exercise for 40s in a circuit for 3 rounds:
- TRX Triceps & Biceps (20s Each)
- Deck Squats
- Plank-Side Plank Combo
- Prisoner Split Squats with Leg on Bench (20s)
- Battle Ropes- Overhand Grip Snakes with Semi-Circle (20s)
- Plate Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- MB Standing Slams with Rotation
- Jump Rope
Finish with Army Sprints for 5 Min
Cool Down: Static Stretching
