  • …looking for a meaningful way to earn money that uses your natural talents as a sensitive, compassionate person and great listener, but you want to preserve your autonomy and flexibility

If any of this sounds like you, do something great for yourself and those around you by becoming a Certified Wellness Advocate!

Isn’t Eating Healthy and Leading an Active Lifestyle Enough?

Eating well and leading an active lifestyle are critical, but maximizing your wellness is a different story.

Whether you’re already on a good path, just starting out, or struggling to get in shape, staying on course to make health and wellness a lifelong reality takes more.

Many other factors can influence and affect wellness, so “more” means taking a holistic approach to wellness. For example, if you’re an emotional eater that’s made you pack on the pounds, how will dieting help if you’re just plain lonely and what you’re really longing for is companionship?

Or what if you’re part of the sandwich generation raising kids, watching over aging, ailing parents, and not getting enough exercise? Buying the newest digital sports watch expecting it to magically “motivate you” to get out and run won’t cut the mustard when what you really need is some relief from the stress.

What Do You Have to Do to Get Certified?

John F. Kennedy said, “One person can make a difference, and everyone should try.”

IWE believes that everyone can make a difference, starting with themselves. This course is designed for you! Regardless of how you learn or what part of health and wellness you’re most interested in, there’s something for you.

You will plunge into a new world of health and wellness to find what works and fits for you, whether you just want to focus just on yourself or work on helping others. Either way, you’ll be doing something good for yourself!
