Whenever you workout please connect your heart rate monitor to the CorSync App and click on LIVE.
You will then see the option to join the LIVE session. Join and we will see your heart rate on our screen during the class.

How to Join a LIVE Workout (DETAILED): 

1.   Open the Nuvita CorSync app. Tap Workout on the menu at the bottom of the app. Connect to your HR Monitor. Once your HRM is connected and the app is reading your heart rate you can tap Live at the top of the Workout tab. FYI the Start button on the Workout tab is used to record your individual workouts that are not Live classes.

2.   Next, tap the Live class created in order to join it. The timer will begin to run as soon as your coach starts the class. Leave the app on the Live screen. Do not back out of Live or exit the CorSync app. You can turn off your phone screen if you wish. WORKOUT once your coach starts the class.

3.   When the workout is completed your coach will end the class and the timer will stop. You can tap Finish to save your workout. Or continue your workout on your own and then tap the 3-dot menu at the top right of the screen to save your workout.

DO NOT CLICK ON START WHEN YOU JOIN A LIVE CLASS. ONLY CLICK ON START WHEN YOU WORK OUT ON YOUR OWN!


If you can’t attend a livestream session, the daily workout will be recorded and can be seen with our New On-Demand System. This is a great way to get even better motivation and RESULTS than a normal boring, recorded workout.

You can view the workout videos right on the Nuvita App and you will see your heart rate and other metrics below the workout video.

You will also be able to view how you are doing compared to others that did the workout live and be able to replace them as the leader of the day.

To access the On Demand Workouts > connect your heart rate monitor > click on workout > click on 3 dots next to LIVE > click On-Demand Videos > click on START. Your heart rate monitor needs to be connected to view the video.

To view on a bigger screen you can mirror your smartphone to a smart tv by going to smart view in settings (android phone). You can do the same with an apple phone or tablet.

Again, you can project the Vimeo video to a bigger screen for a better experience. I recommend connecting an HDMI cord from a notebook to a big screen.

For our live sessions, please login to your Zen Planner account in order to let us know you are attending live just like we do at our in-person sessions?

Click on the session that you want to attend in the interactive calendar that you see below, and then enter in your Zen Planner login information when prompted to continue making the reservation. If you have any problems please email [email protected].

Please sync your heart rate monitor with the app and your Renpho scale and play around. Whenever you workout record it in the app so I can keep track of your activity.
