Obstacle Course: 5 Min
5-10 Min Jog
Perform each exercise for 1 min for 3 rounds:
1. Crunch with Corkscrew (30s Each Direction)
2. MB Partner Lateral Shuffle (30 s each side)
3. TRX: Y &T
4. Swiss Ball: Bridge with Push-Pull
5. MB Sit-Up Toss * RT-Center-LT (30 s Each)
6. Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forwards & Backwards) (30 s each movement)
7. Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip Unilateral Wave (30s) *Forward-Back Jack (30s)
Cool Down: Static Stretching
