Warm-Up & Review Movements Below (15 min)
Perform the following exercises for 1 min as fast or as challenging as possible with good form for 3 Rounds:
1. TRX Plank Lateral Swing
2. MB Pass & Follow
3. Lower Ab Partner Curl Up with Straight Legs
4. Basketball Semi Circle-30s  each
5. SB  Standing Rotations – 30s  each
6. Ropes: Lateral Step with Chop- 30s  each
7. Partner Plank with Alt Hip Ext  & High Five – 30s  each
8. Ladder-In-In-Out-Out
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
