  1. TRX Kneeling Roll-Out
  2. Side Lying Groin Plank (30s each side)
  3. Rip Trainer Hockey (30s each side)
  4. Push Up Hold with Opp. Arm & Leg (Hold 2-5 s) *Wide Feet
  5. Swiss Ball Russian Twist
  6. SB Crunch with Reach
  7. Butt Pincher
Finish with Military Sprints for 5 Min
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
