Word of the Week: PLAY

The word of the week is PLAY. To play is to engage in activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose.

Most people join our program because they want to lose weight and regain health.

One of our 3 main components is our fitness program. For many who begin with us, the workouts are often approached as just another thing on the to-do list and it seems as if it is more work than play.


What would life be like if we surrendered the outcome of exercise and focused more on breathing with each movement and allowed the body to move freely?

Remember the fun we used to have when we were young and just played outside?

How about going to each workout with a playful mindset?!
