Warm-Up: Dynamic Stretches & Footwork Drills (10 min)
Perform the following 8 exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit. Repeat above 3 times.
1. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)
2. Speed Ladder-Boot Campers Pick Drills
3. Lower Ab Curl w/MB Btw Knees *3 B’s *Lift Tailbone Off Ground
4. Jump Rope
5. Single Leg Bridge with Foot on BB (30s each side) *Hips up & Level
6. Walk/Jog
7. Swiss Ball Oblique Crunches
8. Battle Ropes- Double Overhand Grip Wave with Semi-Circle (30s)
Cool Down: Static Stretching
