Dynamic Warm-Up with Exercise Review: 10-15 min
Preparation:
Prisoner Squats-5 Prisoner Side Squat: 3 Each Side Prisoner Wide Good Mornings: 10 Close Grip Push-Ups-10 Jog: 2-4 Laps
Workout of the Day: Perform 3-4 sets of the following exercises for 40s each:
1.     Rope Climbs/Pull-Ups *20s each
2.     MB/Sandbag Side Squat *MB on One Shoulder *Drop into squat as you step to side *Switch Weight To Other Shoulder After 20s
3.     Plate/MB Wide Good Mornings *Feet are wide
4.     TRX Atomic Push-Up (Jack Knife Push-Up Combo) *Modify with just hold as neededàjack knifeàpush-upàcombo
5.     Matt/Pitt Crawl
6.     Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip Laddering alternating Wave (20s) *Jumping Jacks (20s)
7.     Partner Mirror Cone Drill *One person is the leader and does whatever they want and the other follows-switch every 20s
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
