Word of the Week: RELAX

The word of the week this week is RELAX.

Relax is to make or become less tense or anxious.

Relaxing can help us be healthy, in both our body and mind, helping us recover from the everyday stresses that life throws at us.

Relaxation can balance out the negative vibes, physical, and mental stress that we experience every day.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? You are not alone!

As the famous American writer William Burroughs said, “Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.”

Take a deep breath and relax your mind!
