Core-Cardio Circuit: Perform 2-3 sets for 60s:
Tramp
Lower Ab Curl with Dip Hold
Lateral Ball Roll with Stick
Semi-Circle with MB
Battle Ropes- Kneeling Trunk Rotation (30s)
TRX Plank Side to Side
