Total Body Workout
Dynamic Athletic Warm-Up (Core-Cardio-Mobility): Perform the following movements two-four times
- Fwd Jog
- Backwards Jog
- Easy Skips
- High Knee Skips
- Lateral Shuffle
- Carioca
- Inchworm-Frog (5)
- Bunny Jumps
- Forward Jumping Jacks
- Inchworm Crawl
WOD: Perform the following exercises 3 rounds for time:
1.MD Lunge- 9 each side
2.Push-Up – Jack Knife on Ball-10 (knees-women) (ankles-men)
3.Prisoner Squat Jumps on Tramp-20
4.Assisted Pull-Ups-5 (women) 10 (men)
5.Leg Curls with TRX- Alt Leg-10
6.Beam Dips-10
