  3. Side Lying Groin (Foot on Ball)
  4. Side Lying Clams
  5. Ball Roll Out
  6. Aquaman

Medicine Ball Partner Work:

  1. Sit-Up Toss
  2. Russian Twist with Toss

Group Get-Ups-2 Sets x3 Reps Each
