Agility Ball (5 Min)-Switch Partners Every Minute

Core: Complete 2 Sets

  • Lower Abdominal Partner Hold with MB Between Knees (1 Min)
  • Bridge with Foot on Ball and One Leg Out (30s Each)
  • Partner Sit Up Toss (7-7-7)
  • Standing Side Walk with Band (20)
  • Side Lying Groin (20)
  • Mirror Balance Drill (30s on each foot)
  • Kneel on Ball-Partner Assist (1 min)
