Upper Body Day
MB Circuit: Perform 1 Minute Each for 2-3 Rounds
- Fwd-Back Lunge with MB Rotation (30s switch sides)
- Push Up Hold with Knee Up (30s switch sides)
- Circle Squat (30s switch directions)
- Seated Russian Twist
Speed/Agility Work:
- Fwd-Back Jog with MB Toss: 1 Min
- Fwd-Back Jog with MB Toss with Rxn Work: 30s x 2 sets
Strength Work: Three Rounds, 1 Minute Each Exercise
- Triceps Pushdowns
- Standing Two Way DB Raise (Front and Lateral)
- Standing DB Hammer Curls
- Standing Alternating Free Motion Rows
- Active Rest: Jumping Jacks (30 Seconds)
