SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 02/20/2010

Upper Body Day

MB Circuit: Perform 1 Minute Each for 2-3 Rounds

  1. Fwd-Back Lunge with MB Rotation (30s switch sides)
  2. Push Up Hold with Knee Up (30s switch sides)
  3. Circle Squat (30s switch directions)
  4. Seated Russian Twist

Speed/Agility Work:

  1. Fwd-Back Jog with MB Toss: 1 Min
  2. Fwd-Back Jog with MB Toss with Rxn Work: 30s x 2 sets

Strength Work: Three Rounds, 1 Minute Each Exercise

  1. Triceps Pushdowns
  2. Standing Two Way DB Raise (Front and Lateral)
  3. Standing DB Hammer Curls
  4. Standing Alternating Free Motion Rows
  5. Active Rest: Jumping Jacks (30 Seconds)
