Lower Body Day
Prerparation Work:2 Sets
- Monster Walk-Fwd & Back with Bands-Full Court
- Leg Curls with Bands-Half Court
Speed/Agility/Quickness Drills:
Hurdle Drills:Perform 2-4 Times Each (6 hurdles)
- High Knee March
- High Knee Skip
- High Knee Run
- Run Through
- Lateral High Run
- Side to Side Slalom
- Fwd – Back Slalom
Box Jumps-6 x 2 sets
Side to Side Hops-6 x 2 sets
Suicides (Full Court)- Groups of 4: 3-5 Sets
Strength Work: Two Rounds of One Minute
1) One Arm KB Dead Lift Off Blocks (30 seconds each arm)
2) MB Squat
3) Straight Leg Pull Throughs
4) Reverse Hyperextensions
5) TRX Rows
