Upper Body Workout
Preparation: Perform 2 sets for 1 minute each
- Medicine Ball Walking Lunge with Rotation
- Crawling
Medicine Ball Circuit: Perform 2 sets for 1 minute each
- Chest Pass-Wall
- Back Rotation-Wall
- Triceps Throw-Wall
Explosive MB Rotation- Perform 2 sets of 6 reps
Speed/Agility/Quickness: Perform 2 sets -Half Court Each Side
- MB Lateral Shuffle with Pass
- MB Carioca with Pass
Lateral Hurdle Drill-3 Hurdles: Perform 3-5 sets for 20s
Strength Program: 5 Sets
- DB Close Grip Chest Press Ball-6
- Pull-Up-5 or Pulldown-10 or TRX Row-10
