SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 02/25/2010

Upper Body Workout

Preparation: Perform 2 sets for 1 minute each

  • Medicine Ball Walking Lunge with Rotation
  • Crawling

Medicine Ball Circuit: Perform 2 sets for 1 minute each

  • Chest Pass-Wall
  • Back Rotation-Wall
  • Triceps Throw-Wall

Explosive MB Rotation- Perform 2 sets of 6 reps

Speed/Agility/Quickness: Perform 2 sets -Half Court Each Side

  • MB Lateral Shuffle with Pass
  • MB Carioca with Pass

Lateral Hurdle Drill-3 Hurdles: Perform 3-5 sets for 20s

Strength Program: 5 Sets

  • DB Close Grip Chest Press Ball-6
  • Pull-Up-5 or Pulldown-10 or TRX Row-10
