* Lower Abs with Hands Behind Head: 15
* Bridge with Leg Ext: 5x10s
* Side Plank: 30s
* Reaching Crunch: 10
Strength Circuit: Perform 2-3 sets
* Side Lunges: 10
* MB Good Mornings:10
* One Leg Squats with Touch:10
* Hip Extension Over Ball-Alternate Leg
Game of the Day: Soccer
