Total Body Workout
Preparation Work: Perform 2 sets
* Backwards Lunge with Arm Raise: 10
* Push-Up Hold w/ 1 Arm Rotation: 5 each side
300 Workout: Perform 50 of each (no particular order)
* Wall Ball
* TRX/Ring Row
* Overhead Squats
* MB Close Grip Push-Ups
* Step-Ups (25 Each)
* Reverse Pull-Ups/Pulldowns
Speed/ Agility/Quickness: Perform 3-5 reps
5 yard lateral shuffle-20s
