Core Cardio Workout

Jog 1/2 Mile

Core Strength: 2 Rounds, 1 Minute

1) X-Bikes
2) Lower Body Standard Sled Drag
3) Upper Body Torso Rotation on Sled
4) Slide Board Groin in Plank Position
5) Kettlebell Figure 8
6) Stability Ball Lower Ab Pull Ins in Push Up Position
7) Leg Curls on Stability Ball

Cardio: 2 Minutes Each

1) Triangle MB Drill: Pass to Chest
2) Triangle MB Drill: Pass to Chest (Switch Directions)
3) Triangle MB Drill: “Rugby Rotational Pass”
