Dynamic Warm-Up-Circle
Strength Program: Perform 2-3 Sets for 1 Min
- MD Lunges- Switch after 30s
- Pull & Rotate-Switch after 30s
- Split Squats with Foot on Box-Switch after 30s
- Triceps Ext w/ Head on Ball
- Back Ext on Glute Ham
- Biceps with TRX/Rings
Game of the Day: Basketball
