Dynamic Warm-Up-Circle
Strength Program: Perform 2-3 Sets for 1 Min

  • MD Lunges- Switch after 30s
  • Pull & Rotate-Switch after 30s
  • Split Squats with Foot on Box-Switch after 30s
  • Triceps Ext w/ Head on Ball
  • Back Ext on Glute Ham
  • Biceps with TRX/Rings
