Total Body Workout
Bodyweight/ Kettlebell Circuit
Preparation:
Walking Sprinter’s Lunge: 2×10
Spiderpepes: 2×5
Strength Circuit: Perform 2-3 sets
1) KB Front Squats – 10 reps
2) Pushups – 10 reps
3) Stability Ball Leg Curls – 10 reps
4) KB Rows w/ Stability Ball Hold- 10 reps per side
5) Bodyweight Split Squats w/ MB Press – 10 reps per side
6) One Arm Triceps Pushdowns-Biceps Curl Combo – 10 reps
Speed/Agility/Quickness Drills:
5 Yard Running Drills: Perform 2 Each
High Knee March, High Knee Run, High Knee Skip, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca
20 Yard Sprints: 3-5x
