Fat Loss Workout Total Body Workout
Warm-Up: Perform 1-2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
1. Forward Lunges: 10
2. Navy Seal Push-Up: 10
3. Body Weight Squat: 10
4. Front-Back Jumping Jack: 15
5. Bicycle Crunch: 10
6. Cobra: 10
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 40s each for 3-4 rounds (only 20s rest between exercises)
1. Battle Ropes-Squat with Single Wave (20s)–>Squat
2. TRX One Arm Row with Rotation (20s each side)
3. Walking Low Lunge
4. Plate Floor Press
5. Sandbag Zercher Good Mornings
6. DB Reverse Flys Over Ball
