Fat Loss Challenge Day Total Body Workout
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.Perform the following exercises in order for 25 minutes as fast as possible with good form. Count the total number of rounds you complete in 25 minutes.
1. MB Squat & Press-Wall: 102. Beam Overs: 10
3. Walking Lunges: 10 each leg
4. Pull-Up or Jumping Pull-Up: 10
5. Pit Crawl or Crawl:10 each arm
6. Ring Side Jumps: 10 each
7. Sit-Ups: 10
8. Side to Side Slalom: 10
9. Aquaman: 10 each arm
90 Reps Each Round
