Core-Cardio Workout
Cardio
1) 4 Total Laps Around Big Basketball Gym (Switch pattern each wall)
(x2) Forward, Lateral Shuffle, Forward, Lateral Shuffle
(x2) Forward, Carioca, Forward, Carioca
Core Strength: 1 Minute 2-3 Rounds
1) MB Twists on Floor
2) Three Way Sit Ups on Floor
3) Reverse Wood Chops on FM (One Side)
4) Reverse Wood Chops on FM (Other Side)
5) Sled-Lower Body Standard Drag
6) Sled- Backwards Monkey Walks
7) One Leg Bridge Holds on Bosu- Switch Legs Every 10 sec
Cardio
1) Jog 2 Laps
2) Start-Stop Forward Agility Drill with MB Pass (1 min x 4 sets)
