Total Body Workout

MB Day: Perform Exercises for 1 Minute in Circuit 2-3 x

Advanced Warm-Up: MB Rotations, 8’s, Wood Chops, Side Bend, Rev Chops, Circle Squats, Slams, Push Press, Lunge with Rotation

  1. Partner Lunges with MB Handoff-30s each side
  2. Fwd-Back Jog with Chest Pass
  3. Indian Fighting-30s each side
  4. Standing Trunk Rotation-30s each side
  5. Partner Squat
  6. Semi-Circle Drill with Pass-30s each side
  7. Close Grip Push-Up
  8. Partner Slams
  9. Partner Explosive Back Extension
  10. Kyak
  11. Partner Leg Curls-30s each person
