Core-Cardio Workout
Cardio:
1) Four Laps Around Court (4 Different Patterns)
Forward, Lateral Shuffle, Backpedal, Carioca
Core and Cardio: Groups of 2 or 4; 2-3 rounds of 1 minute
1) Partner Med Ball Sit Up and Throw
2) Side Plank With Adductor Hold with Bench (30 sec each side)
3) Stability Ball Crunch with Med Ball Aiming Straight Up
4) Sled- Bent Leg Pull Through Position Walks
5) Sled- One Arm Push and Rotate
6) Side To Side Cone Shuffle, 5 yards
7) Seated MB Rotational Throw Against Wall (30 sec each side)
*If Time Allows: Turkish Get Up, Lunge Style
