Cardio
1) Four Laps Around Basketball Court with Three Patterns (Forward, Lateral Shuffle and Carioca)
Core Circuit: Perform each exercise for 1 min (2-3 rounds)
1) Sled- Forward Monkey Walks
2) Lower Abdominal Hold On Swiss Ball
3) Sled – Pull And Rotate
4) MB Slams
5) MB Shoulder Put
6) Dot Drills
7) MB Twists On Floor With Partner Pass
Cardio
1) Basketball Drill
