Core-Cardio Workout
Perform the following 3 circuits of 3 exercises each for one minute x2-3 sets:
1.
MB Partner Lunges-30 s each leg
MB Partner Lower Ab Curl
Russian Twist with Head on ball w/ MB Btw Knees
2.
MB Over-Under-30 s each for upwards action with ball raise
MB Partner Side Bend
Pike with Feet on Ball
3.
MB Standing Hip Toss-30 s each side
MB Partner Sit Up Toss w/ MB Btw Knees
Aqua-Pepes Over Ball
Aerobic Jog for 5-10 min
