SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 03/26/2010

 

Total Body Workout

Advanced Warm-Up:

  • Side Walk with Band-20 each side x2
  • Crawl (half court)x2

Circuit: Perform each exercise for 1 min (2-3 rounds)

1. Burpees or Mtn Climbers (as needed)
2. Split Squats with Foot on Box (30s each side)
3. Boxing
4. Pull-ups /Pull-downs: 6 Reps–>rest–> 6 Reps
5. Bikes
6. Bosu Squats (Hold MB to increase intensity)
7. 5-10-5 Drill *Perform 2-3 in one minute
8. DB Chest Press on Ball -6 Reps–>rest–> 6 Reps
