Total Body Workout
Running Mechanics/Cardio: 10 Yards Perform 2-4 Each
- High Knee Skips, High Knee Run, Ankle Flips, Lateral Push, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca, Backwards
MB Wall Series: 2-3 Rounds for 1 Min
- Chest Pass with Foot Work
- Backwards Rotations (30 s each side)
- Sit Up Toss
- Reverse Chops (30 s each side)
- Backwards Throw & Catch
Floor Series: 2-3 Rounds for 1 Min
- Lower Ab with MB Curl with Partner Elbow Hold
- Side Plank (30 s each side)
- Side Lying Groin with foot on MB (30 s each side)
- Quadruped-Knee to Elbow (30 s each side)
- Cobra Hold
Line Agility Drills: 2-3 Rounds for 20s Fast
- 4 Square: Up-Up-Back-Back(Lead with both feet)
- In-In-Out-Out (Lead with both feet)
