SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 03/30/2010

Total Body Workout

Running Mechanics/Cardio: 10 Yards  Perform 2-4 Each

  • High Knee Skips, High Knee Run, Ankle Flips, Lateral Push, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca, Backwards


MB Wall Series: 2-3 Rounds for 1 Min

  • Chest Pass with Foot Work
  • Backwards  Rotations (30 s each side)
  • Sit Up Toss
  • Reverse Chops (30 s each side)
  • Backwards Throw & Catch


Floor Series: 2-3 Rounds for 1 Min

  • Lower Ab with MB Curl with Partner Elbow Hold
  • Side Plank (30 s each side)
  • Side Lying Groin with foot on MB (30 s each side)
  • Quadruped-Knee to Elbow (30 s each side)
  • Cobra Hold


Line Agility Drills: 2-3 Rounds for 20s Fast

  • 4 Square: Up-Up-Back-Back(Lead with both feet)
  • In-In-Out-Out (Lead with both feet)
