- Agility Ball (4)
CORE: Perform 2-3 Rounds for 60s Each
- Lower Ab Over Ball with Arm Pulse-MB Btw Knees
- Russian Twist with Head on Ball-MB Btw Knees
- Jack Knife with Ball
- Cobra over Ball
- Side Bend Over Ball
- Crunch Over Ball
- Kneel on Ball
