Core-Cardio Workout
1) Floor Ab Series: 2-3 Rounds for 1 Min
- Alternate Hand Touch Crunches
- Lower Ab with Heel Tap
- Bridges
Circuit (1 Minute Each, 2-3 Rounds)
1) Russian Twists on Ball
2) Ab Wheel Roll Outs
3) Reverse Hypers
4) MB Oblique Twists on Floor With Ball Under the Heels
5) Jump Rope
6) Line Drill 1 ( Forward, Forward, Back, Back)
7) Line Drill 2 (In, In, Out, Out)
